1. Cambodian Exchange Student Scholarship Program
(1) Purpose: To provide scholarships to Cambodian college students studying in China, to help Cambodian students better complete their studies.
(2) Quantity: 20 Cambodian students are selected to study abroad every year, in major universities recognized by Ministry of Education in China.
(3) The significance of the scholarship program:
① For Foundation: It's obvious that DPB foundation has taken active investment in the education of high-end talents in Cambodia, which enhances the foundation's image in public welfare, and cultivate more pillars for Cambodia's future development;
② For Reserving Talent: Through this project, a large number of high-end talents can be reserved for Cambodia, and Cambodia's influence and voice in the market can be enhanced;
③ For Social Impact: Through scholarship programs, the cost of studying abroad is reduced and the burden on students' families is also lightened, allowing more ordinary families to support their outstanding children to study abroad.

1. Mother's Wells: In many areas of Cambodia, access to drinking water is challenging during dry season, severely affecting the quality of life for women and children. To assist women and families in areas with water scarcity, the foundation funds the construction of wells for local women and children.
2. Women and Children Major Illness Treatment The project collaborates with large comprehensive hospitals in Cambodia, establishs a specialized Treatment fund in these hospitals to provide financial assistance to women and children from struggling families undergoing treatment. This helps alleviate the economic burden on patients and their families, preventing them from falling into poverty due to illness.
