DPB Foundation , established in June, 2022, is a legal public welfare organization set up and donated by Cambodian Chinese Oknha Mr. Deng Pibing. Foundation strives on Cambodian talents education and training, and development of women and children. Foundation is a bridge, linking cares to those in urgent need of help.

Organization
The Charity Foundation is an independent legal person institution and is governed in strict accordance with national laws and the "Memorandum and Articles of Association".
The Board of Directors is the highest decision-making body of the Charity Foundation, the Secretariat is the daily execution body of the Charity Foundation, and the Board of Supervisors is the full-time supervisory body of the Charity Foundation.
The three are a check and balance mechanism centered around the separation of the three powers of "decision-making, execution, and supervision" to jointly prevent risks and promote the professional, transparent and steady development of public welfare charity foundations through system construction.
